After over a year of distancing we’re all dusting off our recipe books and reaching to the back of our kitchen cupboards for long-forgotten cocktail glasses and serving plates. To celebrate this and mark the start of summer, prospective buyers were recently invited to an evening of glamour at The Boulevard. Set against a back drop of London’s iconic skyline coupled with The Boulevard’s elegant ambience, guests were served a delicious bespoke cocktail, created especially for the occasion, along with a feast of delectable canapes. Despite the fact the warmer weather did not quite arrive in time for the celebration, a wonderful evening ensued as a beautiful rainbow arched itself over The Shard in the distance.
Specialist cocktail consultancy The Mixology Brothers designed and created The Boulevard by Night, a refreshing beverage balanced out with fresh fruit and a citrus zing and served beautifully in an elegant martini glass, garnished with a wild raspberry. To re-create this exquisite drink at home and impress your guests The Boulevard style, follow the below recipe.
THE BOULEVARD BY NIGHT
– 50ml Sapling Vodka
– 25ml Lemon Juice
– 12.5ml Rose Syrup
– 10ml Aquafaba
Shake & fine strain into a martini glass. Top with Raspberry & Rose soda.
To create a non-alcoholic version, use the same ingredients but with the 50ml of Vodka swapped out for 50ml Pentire Alc Free spirit.
Two luxury apartments next door to one another provided the perfect venue for the soiree and showcased examples of a two-bedroom home, with a vast wrap around terrace, and a spacious three-bedroom apartment with an equally impressive balcony. Floor to ceiling doors which open up and allow indoor and outdoor rooms to integrate seamlessly highlighted how the cutting-edge contemporary design at The Boulevard spawn indoor and outdoor space ideal for socialising with ease.
Whilst covid restrictions are easing and tentatively from July 19th big celebrations can return, right now smaller parties are the way to go. The good news is, intimate gatherings have a wonderful way of feeling more meaningful, allowing guests more time and space to connect and the host more time to attend to special details. But, as demonstrated at The Boulevard, this doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice style or sophistication! We’re all itching to socialise and toast each other with gusto, so events have become more personal and there’s not doubt that entertaining is back on the agenda.
A true celebration of London lifestyle, prices at The Boulevard start at £685,000 for a one-bedroom apartment.
